Test Kit Usage and Account Activation
After purchasing a Genofit test kit, you have 6 months to use the kit and send your samples back to the laboratory for testing. If samples are not received and testing is not initiated within 6 months of the purchase date, your account will be inactivated. Reactivating your account will require a US$50 reactivation fee.
If you do not use your test kit within one year of the purchase date, your account will be permanently closed. Reactivation will not be possible, and you will need to purchase a new kit to proceed with testing.
Refund Eligibility and Timeframe
All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original order date together with a completed refund request form.
If you wish to cancel your order before your kit has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus a US$25 administrative fee.
If you wish to cancel your order after your kit has been shipped, you may return the unused kit in its original, unopened packaging to Genofit. You will receive a 50% refund of the original purchase price, minus applicable shipping fees. You are responsible for the cost of returning the unused kit.
Important Considerations
- No refunds will be granted once your sample(s) have arrived at our laboratory or if the testing process has started.
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for kits damaged or rendered unusable due to user error (e.g., improper sample collection, failure to follow instructions).
