Order Processing and Shipment Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST) on regular business days are shipped on the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed and shipped the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official US and Canadian holidays.
Split Kit Option for Testing Participants in Different Locations
If participants in a test are located in different cities or countries, a "split kit" can be requested during the order process. In this case, sample collection components will be sent to each specified address separately. Each kit is uniquely barcoded, and all samples will be processed together upon their arrival at the laboratory.
To request a split kit, mention “please split this kit” in the comments section of the online order form and provide the name and address for each participant. Alternatively, you can receive the full kit and distribute the components yourself. If you have already bought a kit and now need a split, contact our Customer Support Team to purchase a "replacement kit" that can be sent to the second address.
International Shipping
Genofit ships to most countries worldwide. International shipments may incur additional shipping fees. Delivery times for international orders can vary and are not guaranteed. International shipments generally take longer than domestic ones. The speed of delivery for standard international shipping depends on the postal service of the destination country. If you require expedited delivery to an international address, please contact us for a quote on Express Courier services.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
For orders requiring express courier services with signature confirmation, please provide a physical address instead of a P.O. Box, as couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes requiring a signature.
Shipping to Military Addresses
Deliveries to APO/FPO military addresses may take additional time for delivery. Please plan accordingly to account for extended transit times.
